摘　　要：为了研究织物中拆下股线线密度的检验方法,对两根单纱加捻合成的股线进行了深入研究。通过试验,统计两根单纱质量较大值与较小值的质量偏差率,并对数据建立数学模型。试验结果表明:当质量偏差率大于10%时,认定两根单纱的线密度不相同,表示为A+B;当质量偏差率小于等于10%时,认定两根单纱的线密度相同,表示为A×2,最终确定了测试结果的计算和表示方法。方案操作简单,所用仪器为纱线捻度测试仪,试验数据稳定可靠。In order to study the test method of the density of plied yarn removed from the fabric,an in-depth study is made on the two single yarn twisted synthetic yarn. Through a large number of experiments,the quality deviation rate of the larger and the smaller of the two single yarn quality is calculated,and a mathematical model is established for the data. The experimental results show that when the quality deviation rate is greater than 10%,the linear density of the two single yarns is considered to be different,expressed as A + B;when the quality deviation rate is less than or equal to 10%,the linear density of the two single yarns is considered to be the same,expressed as A×2,and the method of calculation and presentation of the test results are finally determined. The scheme proposed is simple in operation and which the instruments use is a yarn twist tester. The test data is stable and reliable,and could be used for all strand woven fabrics.
