摘  要:探讨了艾草改性竹浆纤维针织物的风格特征。采用KES-FB风格评价系统测试艾草改性竹浆纤维针织物在低负荷下的基本力学性能,在此基础上运用川端经典公式对16项指标进行计算,得到了影响艾草改性竹浆纤维针织物的4项基本风格值:硬挺度、丰满度、滑糯度和滑爽度,分析了影响针织物风格的因素。结果表明:艾草改性竹浆纤维针织物硬挺度较小,滑糯度和滑爽度较好,丰满度取决于织物的组织结构;若要提高织物的丰满度,可以适当减少织物的密度或者增加织物中空隙的含量;当织物的纱线细度、组织结构和密度基本相同时,艾草改性竹浆纤维与莫代尔纤维混纺可以提高织物的滑糯度和滑爽度。The style characteristics of wormwood modified bamboo pulp fiber knitted fabric are explored.The KES-FB style evaluation system is used to test the basic mechanical properties of artemisia argyi modified bamboo fiber knitted fabric under low load.On this basis,16 indexes are calculated by Kawabata classic formula,and four basic style values of argyi modified bamboo fiber knitted fabric are obtained as:stiffness,fullness,slipperiness and smoothness,and the factors influencing the style of knitted fabric are analyzed.The results show that the artemisia argyi modified bamboo fiber knitted fabric has relatively small stiffness,better smoothness and slipperiness,and its fullness depending on the fabric structure.The results show that artemisia argyi modified bamboo fiber knitted fabric has lower stiffness,better smoothness and smoothness,and fullness depends on the fabric structure;In order to improve the fullness of the fabric,the density of the.fabric can be reduced or the void content in the fabric can be increased;when the yarn fineness,structure and density of the fabric are basically the same,the blended yarn of argyi modified bamboo pulp fiber and modal fiber can improve the slipperiness and smoothness of the fabric.
