摘 要:烧结工序是钢铁行业节能减排的难点和重点,开发高配比富氢燃料烧结技术有助于推动低碳钢铁的发展。本文在分析气-固燃料复合供热烧结成矿机理的基础上,研究富氢燃气介质喷加工艺对烧结矿产、质量指标的影响,探讨高配比富氢燃料烧结技术仍然面临的关键问题。研究表明:在当前条件下,当燃气喷加体积分数为0.8%、喷加时长为8 min、喷加范围在区间1时是较合适的喷吹制度。在保证烧结矿产、质量基本不变的前提下,焦炉煤气、天然气喷加能达到的净减碳比分别为10.71%、21.21%,同时指出不同密度气体的混匀及喷加、燃烧带厚度及移动速度控制、料内过湿层的控制是未来高配比富氢燃料烧结技术的研究方向。Sintering process is one of the most difficult and important processes in energy conservation and emission reduction of steel industry,and high proportion hydrogen-rich fuel sintering technology is beneficial to promote the development of low carbon steel.In this paper,the mechanisms of heat supply by gas and solid fuel in sintering are analyzed.Based on that,the effect of addition technique of high hydrogen-rich fuel on indexes of sinter output and quality is researched,the key problems of high proportion hydrogen-rich fuel sintering technology are discussed.The results show that under current conditions,the best addition parameters are 0.8% of the fuel gas volume fraction,8 min of the adding time,and No.1 adding-time-interval.In the premise that sinter output and quality are ensured,the maximum of net-carbon-reduction ratio in coke oven fuel gas addition experiments is 10.71% and that in natural fuel gas addition experiments is 21.21%.In the meantime,the main research directions of high proportion hydrogen-rich fuel sintering technology are pointed out,such as more addition and quick blending of gases with different density,the control of thickness and moving speed of the combustion zone,and the control of the overdamp layer.
