摘 要:各企业在炼铁过程中面临的首要难题就是在保证铁水质量和产量的前提下极大限度地降低成本。以炼铁原理、物料平衡原理以及专家知识作为理论基础,采用线性规划、VB、MATLAB、人工神经网络等技术手段,开发烧结-高炉炼铁全过程炉料结构智能优化系统,系统包括系统数据库、烧结配料优化、烧结成分预测、高炉炉料优化、高炉配料计算以及炼铁全过程优化6部分。工业应用表明,该智能系统在优化烧结和高炉生产的过程中,可以降低烧结和炼铁的生产成本并优化烧结矿成分,同时可提高铁水的质量和产量。How to minimize the cost of iron-making under the premise of ensuring the quality and output of molten iron is the primary problem faced by enterprises in the process of iron-making.Based on the iron-making theory,mass balance theory and expert knowledge,as well as such technology methods as linear programming,VB,MATLAB,artificial neural network,etc.,an intelligent optimization system of burden structure in the whole process of sintering-blast furnace iron-making is developed.The system includes such six parts as system database,sintering burdening optimization,sintering composition prediction,blast furnace burden optimization,blast furnace burdening calculation and iron-making process optimization.Industrial applications show that the intelligent system can reduce the production cost of sintering and iron-making,optimize the sintering composition,and improve the quality and output of molten iron in the process of optimizing sintering and blast furnace production.
