摘 要:针对湘钢在高含铁粉尘循环使用条件下,炉箅条出现板结和腐蚀的机理进行分析,发现炉箅条板结和腐蚀的主要原因包括烧结料层底部凝结水的促进作用、高碱金属氯化物微细粉尘的黏附作用以及炉箅条本身耐腐蚀性较差等。通过开发低水制粒技术、耦合蒸汽预热技术,以及新型防板结炉箅条等措施,炉箅条腐蚀和板结状况得以解决,为厚料层条件烧结的稳定生产和工艺持续改进提供了技术支持,同时还直接消化了大量的含铁粉尘,降低了生产成本。The mechanism of grate bar raising harden and corrosion during the process of recycling and using high ferric dust in Xiangtan Iron & Steel Co.,Ltd.is analyzed.It is found that the main causes of the grate bars harden and corrosion are the acceleration of the condensation at the bottom of the sinter bed,the adhesion of the fine dust with high alkali metal chloride,and its poor corrosion resistance of the grate bar.Through the development of low water granulation technology,the coupled steam preheating technology,the new type of grate bar and other measures,the corrosion and harden of grate bar are solved.It provides technical support for stable production and continuous process improvement of thick bed sintering,while it also digests a lot of iron-bearing dust directly and reduces its processing cost.
