摘  要:为了稳定太钢660 m2烧结机的生产,降低烧结系统面临的烧结矿保供压力,从烧结燃料粒度控制、烧结混合料强力混合和烧结烟气超低排放技术研究与改进入手,结合烧结工艺的局部改造,对660 m^2烧结机系统展开烧结提质增产与减排技术的攻关研究。结果表明:燃料四辊破碎系统的改造使焦粉粒度向1~3 mm理想区间靠近,烧结矿转鼓强度提高2.11%,烧结固体燃耗降低0.34 kg/t;立式强力混合机可显著促进烧结混合料制粒,烧结料中+3 mm粒级提高至80%以上;改造后的"活性炭法脱硫脱硝+SCR选择性催化还原脱销"烧结烟气净化系统净化能力显著提升,排放尾气中粉尘、SO2和NOx的均值分别为3.54、18.87、27.05 mg/m^3,达到超低排放标准。In order to stabilize the production of the 660 m2 sinterer in Shanxi Taigang Stainless Steel Co.,Ltd.and to decrease the pressure of sinter supplying faced by the sintering system,the research work is carried out on quality and productivity improvement and flue gas emission reduction of 660 m^2 sinterer system starting from technical research and improvement on the particle size control of sintering fuel,intensive mix of sintering materials and ultra-low emission of sintering flue gas,combining with the partial modification in sintering process.The results show that the renovation of four-roll fuel crusher system makes the size distribution of coke fines move to 1~3 mm,the tumble strength of sinterer increases 2.11% while solid fuel consumption decreases 0.34 kg/t;the vertical intensive mixer can improve the granulation of sintering mix,the amount of +3 mm particle rises to above 80%;the combine of activated carbon desulphurization and denitration process and selective catalytic reduction denitration process significantly enhance the purifying capacity of the sintering flue gas cleaning system.The dust,SO2 and NOx in exhaust gas are 3.54 mg/m^3,18.87 mg/m^3 and 27.05 mg/m^3 respectively,which meet the standard for ultra-low emission.
