摘 要:针对w(MgO)过高对高硅球团矿的抗压强度不利,以及碱度对高硅镁质球团性能的影响情况不明确等问题,通过对高硅镁质熔剂性球团的物相组成和微观结构等进行研究,分析碱度(CaO/SiO2)对高硅镁质球团矿的抗压强度、还原膨胀性和还原性的影响。结果表明:提高高硅镁质球团的碱度,不仅能有效地改善镁质球团矿的抗压强度,而且可以进一步改善球团矿的冶金性能指标。当球团中w(MgO)为2.5%,碱度提高至1.2时,球团矿抗压强度为3 487 N/P,还原膨胀指数仅为0.72%,还原度为82.25%。In view of the problems that high MgO is not conducive to the compressive strength of high silica pellets,and the influence of basicity on the performance of high silica magnesium pellets is not clear,etc.are studied,the effect of basicity(CaO/SiO2) on the compressive strength,reduction swelling and reducibility of the high-silica magnesium pellets are analyzed through studying the phase composition,the microstructure of high-silica fluxed magnesium pellets,etc.The results show that increasing the basicity of high silica magnesium pellets not only can effectively improve the compressive strength of silica magnesium pellets,but also can further improve the metallurgical properties of pellets.When the w(MgO) in the pellet is 2.5% and the basicity is increased to 1.2,the compressive strength is 3 487 N/P,the reduction swelling index is only 0.72%,the reduction degree is 82.25%.
