摘　　要：通过利用提升料温以及优化加水方式,削弱生产过程中对生石灰增强制粒和提升料温的依赖性,将石灰石的使用比例稳定在60%以上,实施后转鼓指数均值提升0.33%以上,筛分指数降低0.39%,碱度合格率提升2%以上。By increasing the material temperature and optimizing the water adding method,the dependence of quicklime on strenghtening granulation and raising material temperature was weakened,and the utilization ratio of limestone was stabilized at more than 60%.After implementation,the average drum index was increased by more than 0.33%,the screening index was reduced by 0.39%,and the qualification rate of alkalinity was increased by more than 2%.
