摘　　要：通过扩建现有接浆池,增大其容纳铁块渣铁能力,降低渣铁铁块清理频次,减少铸铁机停机时间;缩短接浆斗长度方便人员进出,提高接浆斗内部采光效果,为铸铁生产提供了可靠保障。Through the expansion of the existing slurry tank,the carrying capacity of iron block and slag iron was increased,the cleaning frequency of iron block and slag iron was reduced,and the shutdown time of iron-casting machine was reduced;and the shortening of slurry hopper is convenient for personnel access,the internal lighting effect improvement of slurry hopper may provide reliable guarantee for ironcasting production.
