摘  要:通过研究中间包动态精准吹氩系统、大包喇叭式水口无二次氧化开浇技术、中间包环式氩封保护技术、带氩封环浸入式水口保护技术、中间包双挡墙挡坝技术,连铸塞棒中间包冶金集成技术,改善连铸塞棒中间包冶金效果,降低夹杂物含量,提升铸坯质量,有效解决了轧制孔洞、起皮、裂边等质量问题。Through study on the tundish dynamic precise argon blowing system,ladle trumpet type nozzle casting technology without secondary oxidation,tundish ring type argon sealing protection technology,submerged nozzle protection technology with argon sealing ring,tundish technology with double retaining walls and double retaining dams,continuous casting stopper tundish metallurgical integration technology,and the metallurgical effect of continuous casting stopper tundish was improved,the content of inclusions was reduced,the quality of casting slabs was improved,and the quality problems inclding rolling holes,peeling and edge cracking were solved effectively.
