摘 要:为了提高零件的设计效率及零件中关联尺寸传播的准确性,以变更零件为研究对象,从定量及定性2个角度探讨尺寸更改在零件内部的传播过程;首先基于零件的基本信息,建立尺寸逻辑元模型;然后基于零件建模过程,分析尺寸关联逻辑结构;定义零件内尺寸的3种关联关系,并提取零件内部尺寸关联关系,生成尺寸关联图;建立尺寸间的更改传播路径,形成基于零件结构分析的零件内尺寸传递方法,从而实现零件中尺寸的更改传播;最后,通过零件阀体端盖实例验证本方法的可行性。结果表明,该方法能够保证零件尺寸传播的准确性,提高了零件的设计效率。To improve the efficiency of part design and the accuracy of correlation dimension propagation in the part,taking the change part as the research object,the propagation process of dimension change in parts was discussed from both quantitative and qualitative perspectives.Based on the basic information of parts,the dimension logic element model was established.Based on the process of part modeling,the logical structure of dimension correlation was analyzed.Three kinds of correlation relations of inner dimension of parts were defined.The correlation relations of inner dimension of parts were extracted,and the dimension correlation diagram was established.The change propagation path of the inner dimension was established,and the method of dimension transfer within the part based on the analysis of the part structure was formed,thereby completing the change propagation of dimensions in the part.An example of the valve body end cover was finally given to verify the feasibility of the proposed method.The results show that this method can ensure the accuracy of part dimension propagation and improve the efficiency of part design.
