摘  要:为提高医疗设备运行信号监测精确性,提出基于数字传感技术的计及小信号稳定的医疗设备产品振动信号监测方法。利用服务器层、采样节点层、传感器层构建监测系统架构,并对中心控制、信号调理、传感信号滤波处理和数据转换模块,以及CAN总线通信等关键功能模块进行分析。监测过程中,将采样节点层划分成一次采样、间隔采样、连续采样三种模式。一次采样中,当节点采集完指定数据之后,会进入等待模态,监测是否有新命令传达,如果一段时间后,还是没有收到新命令,则采样节点会自动关闭。间隔采样中,采样节点采集完指定数据之后,会停止额定时间,再进行采样,以此持续迭代。连续采样采用的是持续采样的模式。利用软件控制能够完成采样节点在不同模式间转换运行。采样节点可以在采集数据的同时,对系统进行监听,如果发现新采集命令,那么采样节点会基于命令按照优先级执行。将采集得到的信号实时传递给中心控制器,实现医疗设备振动信号监测。实验结果显示,上述方法监测精度高,可行性强。In order to improve the accuracy of medical equipment monitoring, a new method based on digital sensing technology is proposed to monitor the vibration signals of medical equipment products, which includes small signal stability. The monitoring system architecture was constructed by using the server layer, sampling node layer and sensor layer, and the key functional modules such as central control, signal conditioning, sensor signal filtering processing and data conversion module and CAN bus communication were analyzed. In the monitoring process, the sampling node layer was divided into three modes: one sampling, interval sampling and continuous sampling. During a sampling, after the node had collected the specified data, it would enter a waiting mode to monitor whether there was any new command to be transmitted. If no new command was received after a period of time, the sampling node would automatically close. In the interval sampling, after the sampling node had collected the specified data, it would stop the rated time and start sampling again, so as to continue iterating. Continuous sampling adopted the mode of continuous sampling. Using software control, the sampling nodes can be switched between different modes. The sampling node can monitor the system while collecting data. If a new acquisition command was found, the sampling node would execute according to the priority based on the command. The collected signal was transmitted to the central controller in real time to monitor the vibration signal of medical equipment. The experimental results show that the method has high precision and high feasibility.
