摘 要:车轴是主减速器与驱动车轮之间传递动力的关键部件,在运行中起着传递车身与车轮之间各向作用力及弯矩和扭矩的重要作用。车轴钢中非金属夹杂物的类型、数量、尺寸等分布规律,对车轴的服役性能和疲劳寿命有着重要影响。本文采用氧氮分析、扫描电镜、能谱分析以及夹杂物自动扫描等手段系统分析了高铁用车轴钢φ600 mm连铸坯沿半径厚度方向洁净度变化以及夹杂物分布规律。结果表明,沿圆坯厚度方向T.O分布在3~12×10-6之间波动,在距离圆心1/2R位置T.O含量最低,在距中心5/7R位置达到最大值12×10-6。夹杂物自动扫描共统计1 807个夹杂物,其中84.84%的夹杂物<5μm, 95.46%的夹杂物都在10μm以内。圆坯表层附近硫化物复合夹杂较多,中心附近的氧化物复合夹杂较多,氧化物夹杂中结合氧与钢中全氧有较好的对应关系。The axle is a key component for transmitting power between the main reducing gear and the driving wheels. It plays an important role in transmitting the force, bending moment and torque between the vehicle body and the wheels in all directions during operation. The distribution law of the type, quantity and size of non-metallic inclusions in axle steel has an important influence on the service performance and fatigue life of axles. In this paper, oxygen and nitrogen analysis, scanning electron microscopy, energy spectrum analysis, and automatic inclusion scanning methods are used to systematically analyze the cleanliness changes at thickness direction along the radius and the inclusions distribution in the continuous casting billet of φ600 mm axle steel for high-speed rail. The results show that the T.O distribution along the thickness direction of the round billet fluctuates between 3 ~12 ×10^-6 , the T.O content is the lowest at a position 1/2 R from the center of the circle, and reaches a maximum of 12×10-6 at a position 5/7 R from the center. The automatic scanning of inclusions counts a total of 1 807 inclusions, of which84.84% are less than 5 μm, and 95.46% are within 10 μm. There are more sulfide composite inclusions near the surface of the round billet, and more oxide composite inclusions near the center. The combined oxygen in the oxide inclusions has a good correspondence with the total oxygen in the steel.
