摘 要:通过三点弯曲实验研究了低温淬火和回火热处理的超高强钢的弯曲性能,并借助扫描电镜、透射电镜分析了超高强钢弯曲前后的微观组织特征。结果表明,回火温度范围在150〜300℃时,超高强钢的微观组织由脱碳层和具有不同碳化物特征的回火马氏体组成。超高强钢的弯曲性能取决于脱碳层,不同碳化物特征的回火马氏体对其弯曲性能的影响不明显。在压头半径为三倍钢板厚度的弯曲条件下,外表面的铁素体晶粒具有良好的变形能力,弯曲试样外表面不开裂。具有不同碳化物特征的回火马氏体也在协同变形,其内没有裂纹源形成。The bendability of ultra-high strength steel(UHSS)after low temperature quenching and tempering treatment was investigated by three-point bending test,and the microstructural characteristics of UHSS before and after bending were analyzed by means of scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The results indicated that the microstructure of UHSS consisted of decarburized layer and tempered martensite with different carbide characterization in the tempering temperature range of 150℃to 300℃.The bendability of UHSS depended on decarburized layer,and the effect of tempered martensite on it was little.As the ratio of punch radius(r)to the plate thickness(t)was 3,the ferrite grains had strong deformation capability,and no crack was present on the outer surface of bending specimens.The tempered martensite with different carbide characterization was also deformed coordinatively,in which there was no crack source.
