温州市基层医务人员心理健康状况和工作满意度研究

摘　　要：目的调查了解温州市基层医务人员的心理健康状况和工作满意度情况。方法采用随机抽样的方法,抽取温州市基层医务人员715名,利用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和满意度问卷进行调查。结果温州市基层医务人员SCL-90总分为(119.02±30.63)分,各因子得分均值在1.14~1.52分之间,未发现有明显峰值,9个因子得分均低于全国常模,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。男女性别间除人际关系敏感和恐怖无显著性差异外(P>0.05),其余各因子差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。49.93%的基层医务人员对现有工作满意,压力来源主要是收入太低(30.63%)、不被重用(27.52%)和工作任务重(22.10%),缓解压力的方法以利用兴趣爱好分散注意力(40.28%)、找人倾诉(23.08%)、睡觉(11.61%)为主。结论温州市基层医务人员心理健康状况总体良好,应提高基层医务人员薪酬待遇和改善工作环境,提高工作满意度。Objective To explore the mental health status and job satisfaction of primary health medical staff in Wenzhou.Methods A random sampling method was used to select 715 primary medical staff in Wenzhou.The symptom checklist 90(SCL-90)and satisfaction questionnaire were used for the survey.Results The total score of SCL-90 for primary health medical staff in Wenzhou was(119.02±30.63)points.The average score of each factor was 1.14-1.52 points,and no significant peak was found.The scores of nine factors were lower than the national norms,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between male and female medical staff in interpersonal sensitivity and terror(P>0.05),and there were significant differences in other factors(P<0.05).49.93%of the primary medical staff was satisfied with their current work.The main sources of stress were low income(30.63%),not being reused(27.52%)and heavy work tasks(22.10%).The main ways to relieve stress were to use interests and hobbies to distract attention(40.28%),talk(23.08%),sleep(11.61%).Conclusions The mental health status of primary medical staff in Wenzhou is generally good.The salary and working environment of primary medical staff need to be improved in order to improve their job satisfaction.
