基于微信平台视频功能的远程动机性访谈在多囊卵巢综合征患者护理中的作用

摘　　要：目的探究基于微信平台视频功能的远程动机性访谈对多囊卵巢综合征患者综合延续性护理的影响。方法选取于我院就诊的多囊卵巢综合征患者,将其按随机数字表法分为对照组(226例)和研究组(237例)。其中对照组患者接受常规健康教育干预,研究组患者接受基于微信平台视频功能的远程动机性访谈干预,比较干预前后2组患者卵泡数量、性激素水平、BMI水平、生活方式评分、Morisky服药依从性量表评分等。结果干预后,研究组患者卵泡数量≥12个的比例、T水平低于对照组,且有统计学差异(P<0.05)。干预后,2组患者BMI对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),BMI差值对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,对照组患者服药依从性量表评分为(5.36±1.04)分,研究组为(6.41±1.37)分,2组差异有统计学意义(t=3.853,P<0.05)。2组患者干预后特质焦虑和状态焦虑均明显低于各自干预前,且均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。干预后,对照组患者复诊率为85.84%,研究组为92.83%,2组患者复诊率对比无统计学差异(χ^2=0.946,P>0.05)。结论在多囊卵巢综合征患者的延续性护理中,基于微信平台视频功能的远程动机性访谈可显著改善患者症状和心理状态,促进患者康复。Objective To explore the role of effect of remote motivational interview based on We Chat platform video function in comprehensive continuous nursing care of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods Patients with polycystic ovary syndrome were selected and divided into a control group(n=226)and an observation group(n=237)according to the random number table method.The control group received routine health education intervention,while the observation group received remote motivational interview based on We Chat platform video function intervention.The number of follicles,sex hormone level,BMI,lifestyle score,Morisky medication compliance scale score were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results After the intervention,the proportion of follicles more than or equal to 12,and T level in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in BMI between the two groups after intervention(P>0.05),while there was a significant difference in BMI difference between the two groups(P<0.05).After the intervention,the score of the medication compliance scale was(5.36±1.04)points in the control group and(6.41±1.37)points in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.853,P<0.05).After intervention,trait anxiety and state anxiety in the observation group were lower than before,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The follow-up rate of patients in the control group was 85.84%,the follow-up rate of patients in the study group was 92.83%.There was no significant difference in the rate of follow-up between the two groups(χ^2=0.946,P>0.05).Conclusions In the comprehensive continuous nursing care of patients with PCOS,remote motivational interview based on We Chat platform video function can significantly improve symptoms and psychological state,and promote recovery.
