摘　　要：随着金融创新的不断发展,金融科技越来越受到银行业的重视。服务在线、企业在线、政府在线,都加速推进金融科技创新发展。金融科技利用先进的互联网技术和数据分析系统,撬动服务产业变革、加强客户服务能力、优化网点服务和产品服务和推进社会生态建设。金融科技给整个银行业增添了新的活力,极大地提升金融服务的效力。商业银行大力发展线上业务,但不能完全取代线下业务;金融科技人才需求缺口大,高校和社会培训应大力培养优秀的金融科技人才;利用金融科技创新机制与文化,提升社会服务能力和履行社会责任;提供普惠金融,进一步拓宽金融服务宽度与广度;加强金融监管、建立监管科技创新体系。With the continuous development of financial innovation,fintech has attracted more and more attention from the banking industry.Online services,enterprises and governments are all accelerating the development of fintech innovation.Using advanced Internet technologies and data analysis systems,fintech will leverage the reform of the service industry,strengthen customer service capabilities,optimize network services and product services,and promote social and ecological development.Fintech has added new dynamism to the banking sector as a whole,greatly enhancing the effectiveness of financial services.In the future,although commercial Banks make great efforts to develop online business,they cannot completely replace offline business.The demand gap of fintech talents is large,colleges and society should train outstanding fintech talents.Using fintech innovation mechanism and culture to enhance social service ability and fulfill social responsibility;Provide inclusive finance to further broaden the breadth and breadth of financial services;We will strengthen financial supervision and establish a regulatory system for scientific and technological innovation.
