摘  要:新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情暴发后,全国各高等院校延期开学,但停课不停教、停课不停学。线上教学成为教学的主流模式,这对于实操性强的实验课程来说,无疑是一次新的挑战。本文以免疫学基础与病原生物学实验课程中免疫学实验课为例,探讨如何采用"立交式"线上实验教学模式,实现掌握实验操作技能、培养科研思维和知识拓展三维并举的实验教学效果。After the outbreak of COVID-19, institutions of higher learning in China delayed their studies,but they suspension of classes without suspension of teaching and dearning.Online teaching has become the mainstream mode of teaching,which is undoubtedly a new challenge for the practical experimental courses.In this paper,taking Immunology experiment course of Immunology Basic and Pathogenic Biology as an example,discussing how to use the "Overpass" online experimental teaching mode,so as to achieve the experimental teaching effect of mastering experimental operation skills,cultivating scientific research thinking and knowledge expansion simultaneously.
