摘 要:金黄色葡萄球菌是引起院内和社区感染的重要病原菌之一,可引发局部组织化脓性感染,甚至导致脓毒症等全身性感染,危害人类健康。多重耐药菌-耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)感染已成为全球性治疗难题。宿主导向治疗(HDT)通过调控宿主免疫反应控制病原菌感染并保护机体,可有效辅助抗生素治疗细菌感染,是感染性疾病尤其是耐药菌感染治疗的新思路。天然免疫应答是抵抗外来病原菌入侵的第一道防线,当机体感染金葡菌后,迅速募集和激活宿主天然免疫细胞,产生天然免疫应答,并激活适应性免疫应答,最终清除病原菌。本文主要综述近年天然免疫反应在宿主防御金葡菌感染方面的研究进展。As one of main pathogens of nosocomial and community-acquired infections,staphylococcus aureus can cause pyogenic infection of local tissue,even systemic infection such as sepsis,which leads to serious threat to public health worldwide.Infection caused by methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA) has become a global challenge.Host-directed therapy(HDT) aims to control bacterial infection and offer protection by regulating immune response whereas bypassing problem of antibiotic resistance,which is an emerging and adjuvant strategy for treatment of infectious diseases,especially those caused by drug-resistant pathogens through regulating host immune response.Innate immune response constitutes first line of defense against invasive pathogens.Innate immune cells are rapidly recruited and activated to induce immune response when infected by S.aureus.This review mainly presents a comprehensive overview of innate immune response against S.aureus infection in recent years.
