摘　　要：心力衰竭是一种严重的慢性进展性心脏疾病,具有较高的发病率以及死亡率.同时,心力衰竭也常是2型糖尿病的并发症,在治疗2型糖尿病的过程中,研究人员发现,降糖药物达格列净具有降低心力衰竭发病率和死亡率的作用.现对达格列净治疗心力衰竭的作用机制、临床研究以及安全性做一综述.Heart failure is a serious chronic progressive heart disease with high morbidity and mortality.At the same time,heart failure is often a complication of type 2 diabetes.During the treatment of type 2 diabetes,researchers found that the hypoglycemic drug dapagliflozin can reduce the morbidity and mortality of heart failure.This article will review the mechanism,clinical research and safety of dapagliflozin in the treatment of heart failure.
