基于层次分析法的大学生创新创业训练项目质量评价体系研究

摘　　要：通过分析大学生创新创业训练计划实施过程的关键质量环节,提出由管理人员、学生、指导教师、评审导师四个主体构成的大学生创新创业训练项目质量评价指标体系,采用层次分析法计算各评价指标的具体权重值。目前该体系已试用于某工科特色高校大学生创新创业训练计划项目管理平台,实际数据验证了该指标体系的有效性。本研究可为高等院校开展大学生创新创业训练项目的定量质量评价提供借鉴和参考。Through the analysis of the key quality links in the implementation process of Undergraduate Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Project,a quality evaluation index system consisting of directors,students,instructors and review mentors is proposed,and the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)method is used to calculate the relative weights of each evaluation index.At present,this index system is on trial in an university with engineering and science as its main focus to evaluate the quality of projects.The data obtained verify the effectiveness of the system.The research can provide reference for colleges and universities to carry out quantitative quality evaluation of Undergraduate Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training projects.
