摘 要:通过荧光分光光度计考察了吡哆醛双缩二氨基硫脲与不同的过渡金属离子(Mn^2+,Fe^3+,Co^2+,Ni^2+,Cu^2+,Zn^2+,Pb^2+)生成相应的金属配合物的荧光性质。Cu^2+,Pb^2+配合物在强酸、强碱条件下具有明显的荧光显色现象,且碱性条件下高于酸性条件下的荧光强度;Ni^2+,Mn^2+配合物在酸性条件下具有较强的荧光强度,且酸性条件下高于碱性条件下的荧光强度;Fe^3+,Co^2+配合物荧光强度由酸到碱逐渐减小,强碱性条件下荧光强度最低;Zn^2+配合物在酸性和碱性条件下都具有明显的荧光显色现象,且碱性条件下高于酸性条件下的荧光强度。This paper investigated the fluorescence properties of the metal complexes between pyridoxal bis-thiosemicarbazide and different transition metal ions(Mn^2+,Fe^3+,Co^2+,Ni^2+,Cu^2+,Zn^2+,Pb^2+)by fluorescence spectrophotometer.Cu^2+and Pb^2+complexes have obvious fluorescence color under strong acid and strong base conditions,and the fluorescence intensity under alkaline conditions is higher than that under acidic conditions.Ni^2+and Mn^2+complexes have strong fluorescence intensity under acidic conditions,and the fluorescence intensity under acidic conditions is higher than that under alkaline condition.The fluorescence intensity of Fe^3+and Co^2+complexes gradually decreases with the change from acid to base,and the fluorescence intensity is the lowest under strong alkaline conditions.The Zn^2+complex has obvious fluorescence color under both acidic and alkaline conditions,and the fluorescence intensity under alkaline conditions is higher than that under acidic conditions.
