舌面脉信息采集体质辨识系统收集沧州地区8例新型冠状病毒肺炎患者脉象及临床观察分析

摘　　要：目的收集河北省沧州地区8例新型冠状病毒肺炎(以下简称新冠肺炎)确诊患者的中医脉象信息,并观察患者舌象、临床症状体征、实验室指标及肺部CT,探讨沧州地区新冠肺炎患者临床特点及脉象演变规律。方法采用舌面脉信息采集体质辨识系统收集8例新冠肺炎患者的脉象信息,并观察临床症状体征、舌象、实验室指标及肺部CT,进行辨证,制订中西医结合治疗方案,比较治疗前后临床症状体征、脉象、舌象、实验室指标及肺部CT变化情况。结果8例新冠肺炎患者临床症状以发热、咳嗽、乏力为主要表现。脉象发病前期以虚脉、沉脉、濡脉为主,治疗后以滑脉、实脉、细脉为主。结合实验室指标及肺部CT,8例患者均治愈出院,整体有效率为100%。结论沧州地区新冠肺炎患者脉象及证候特点符合寒湿疫证候表现,中西医结合治疗疗效可靠。Objective By collecting TCM pulse information of 8 patients diagnosed with new coronary pneumonia in Cangzhou area,and observing the clinical characteristics of the patients'tongue,clinical symptoms,laboratory indexes and lung CT,to explore the clinical characteristics and pulse evolution of patients with new coronary pneumonia.Methods The novel coronavirus pneumonia patients were collected by the tongue,face and pulse information collection and physical identification system,and the clinical symptoms,tongue picture,laboratory indexes were observed.The treatment plan was formulated.The clinical symptoms,pulse condition,tongue picture,laboratory indexes changes were compared before and after treatment.Results 8 novel coronavirus pneumonia patients were mainly characterized by fever,cough and fatigue.The main manifestations of pulse are deficiency pulse,sinking pulse and moistening pulse.After treatment,the main manifestations are smooth pulse,solid pulse and thin pulse.Combined with laboratory indexes and lung CT,all the 8 patients were cured and discharged.The overall effective rate was 100%.Conclusion The pulse condition and syndrome characteristics of patients with new coronary pneumonia in Cangzhou area are consistent with the symptoms of cold-dampness epidemic disease,and the therapeutic effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine is reliable.
