摘  要:文章针对水质总磷总氮测定方法进行比较分析,围绕臭氧紫外联合-分光光度法、顺序注射与微控技术、光谱法水质多参数检测、微型分光光度计与超声辅助技术五个层面,探讨了水质总磷总氮在线自动监测技术及其应用方法,以期为水质总磷总氮指标监测与水污染防治工作提供参考,提升水质检测质量。This paper compares and analyzes the determination methods of total phosphorus and total nitrogen in water quality,focusing on five levels of ozoneultraviolet combined-spectrophotometry,sequential injection and micro-control technology,multi-parameter detection of water quality by spectrometry,microspectrophotometer and ultrasonic assist technology the online automatic monitoring technology of total phosphorus and total nitrogen in water quality and its application method are discussed,with a view to providing a reference for the monitoring of total phosphorus and total nitrogen in water quality and the prevention and control of water pollution,and improving the quality of water quality detection.
