摘 要:向家坝水电站北干梁取水隧洞工程工期紧、任务重,为降低团结灌浆施工高峰强度,在导流隧洞内选择有代表性的围岩段进行了无盖重固结灌浆试验。试验采用“全孔一次性灌浆法”“孔口阻塞,孔内循环”的灌浆方式,灌后的声波测试和压水试验检查结果表明:灌浆效果良好,灌浆后岩体质量能满足设计要求。文章详细介绍了试验方案、试验成果、工艺流程,其经验可供类似工程参考。The north canal intake tunnel projeet of Xiangjiaba hydropower station is a tight task.In order to reduce the peak intensity of consolidation grouting,the representative surrounding rock section of the diversion tunnel was selected to carry out the heavy consolidation grouting test.The grouting method of"whole one-time grouting method"and"hole opening blocking,hole circulation"are adopted in the test.The results of acoustic wave test and water pressure test after irigation show that the grouting efect is good,the quality of rock mass after grouting can meet the design requirements.The test scheme,test results and process flow are introduced in detail,which can be used as reference of similar projects.
