摘  要:在燃煤发电机组的研发过程中,1000MW机组二次再热是其中的关键技术。基于二次再热机组降压吹管的复杂系统,提出吹管优化的方案,即在相关的系统设计时,将一次再热器系统与过热器系统设定为一体,把临吹门设置在一次再热器出口,可以把吹管时锅炉的蓄热容量大幅度提升上来,从而有效地提高吹管的质量和效率。In the research and development of coal-ired generating units,the secondary reheat of 1000MW units is the key technology.Based on the complex system of depressurized pipe blowing of secondary reheat unit,the optimization scheme of pipe blowing is proposed.In the relevant system design,the primary reheater system and superheater system are set as a whole,and the temporary blowing valve is set at the outlet of the primary reheater,which can greatly improve the heat storage capacity of the boiler during pipe blowing,so as to effectively improve the quality and eficiency of pipe blowing.
