我国脑卒中病人生活质量现状及发展趋势的文献计量学分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解脑卒中病人生活质量相关研究的状况,为今后相关研究提供参考。[方法]检索中国知网数据库收录的关于脑卒中病人生活质量的文献,搜索词为"卒中、中风、脑血栓、脑梗死、脑血管疾病、脑血管意外"和"生活质量、生存质量、生命质量",检索限定"篇名"字段,借助中国知网可视化分析与书目共现系统对检索结果从发布年份、论文作者合作程度及核心作者、来源期刊等方面进行分析。[结果]共检索到2 262篇文献,文献数量呈逐年上升趋势,文献作者合著率为59.13%,尚未形成核心作者群,文献数量最多的期刊为中国实用神经疾病杂志,其余多为护理类期刊。发文数量最多的机构是广东省中医院和广州中医药大学。学科来源以医学为主,主要包括护理、临床医学、中医与中西医结合等。随着脑卒中病人生活质量研究的深入,研究主题向多元化发展,包括护理干预、功能康复、影响因素探讨、抑郁等,但该领域基金项目数量较少。[结论]未来应加强该领域研究学者的合作意识和团队建设,增强科研能力,扩大作者队伍,培养核心作者群,同时扩大研究机构、加大资金投入,开展多种类型的研究,包括如何改善卒中病人功能锻炼、延续护理、心理护理等方面。Objective:Understanding the status quo of research related to the quality of life of stroke patients provides references for future related research.Methods:The papers on the quality of life of stroke patients were searched in CNKI,and the search terms were"stroke,cerebral infarction,cerebrovascular disease,cerebrovascular a ccident"and"quality of life",and the search was limited to the"title"field.Visual analysis of CNKI and bibliographic co-occurrence system were used to analyze the search results in terms of the year of publication,the degree of cooperation between the authors of the papers,the core authors,and the source journals.Results:A total of 2262 papers were retrieved.The number of publications on quality of life of stroke patients gradually increased.The co-authorship rate was 59.13%and study on quality of life of stroke patients haven′t formed the core research team in China.The Chinese Journal of Practical Nervous Diseases was the most numerous,and the rest were nursing journals.The institutions that posted the most were the Guangdong Provincial Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine and the Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine.The main research subjects were medicine,including nursing,clinical medicine,and the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine.With the deepening of the study on the quality of life of strok e patients,the research topics are diversified,including nursing intervention,functional rehabilitation,influencing factors,depression and so on,but the number of fund projects in this area is relatively fewer.Conclusion:In the future,the cooperation awareness and team building of research scholars in this field should be strengthened,scientific research capabilities should be enhanced,the team of authors should be expanded,and the core group of authors should be cultivated.At the same time,it suggested that research institutions should be expanded,capital investment should be increased,and various types of research should be carried out,including the method
