高分辨CT与MRI在婴幼儿先天性感音性耳聋临床诊断中的应用

摘  要:目的探讨高分辨CT(HRCT)与磁共振成像(MRI)在婴幼儿先天性感音性耳聋临床诊断中的应用。方法回顾性分析2015年1月-2019年3月医院收治的93例先天性感音性耳聋患儿的临床资料,分析HRCT与MRI对先天性感音性耳聋患儿的诊断价值。结果93例先天性感音性耳聋患儿,共186耳,内耳畸形的发病率为32.25%(30/93),共计58耳,包括共腔畸形4耳;耳蜗未发育1耳;Mondini畸形19耳;内听道畸形4耳;Michel1耳;半规管畸形4耳;前庭导水管扩大25耳。所有患儿经HRCT、MRI检查后,将评估结果与临床诊断结果进行比较,HRCT、MRI诊断准确率分别为89.66%、96.55%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论HRCT与MRI对先天性感音性耳聋患儿的诊断中各有优势,均对患儿临床诊治有帮助。Objective To explore the application of high-resolution CT(HRCT)and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in clinical diagnosis of congenital sensorineural hearing loss(SNHL)in infants.Methods The clinical data of 93 infants with congenital SNHL who were admitted to the hospital from January 2015 to March 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.The diagnostic value of HRCT and MRI in infants with congenital SNHL was analyzed.Results Of the 93 infants(186 ears)with congenital SNHL,incidence of inner ear deformities was 32.25%(30/93),coming to 58 ears.Among 58 ears with inner ear deformities,there were 4 ears with co-cavity malformation,1 case with cochlear aplasia,19 cases with Mondini malformation,4 cases with internal auditory canal malformation,1 Michel case,4 cases with semicircular canal malformation and 25 cases with enlarged vestibular aqueduct.After HRCT and MRI examination for all infants,evaluation results were compared with clinical diagnosis results.The diagnostic accuracy rates of HRCT and MRI were 89.66%and 96.55%,respectively(P>0.05).Conclusion Both HRCT and MRI are of their advantages in diagnosis of infants with congenital SNHL,and are helpful in their clinical diagnosis and treatment.
