基于负荷点聚类分区的单元制配电网协调规划研究

摘  要:由于配电网负荷点数量过多,导致配电网规划难度升高,为此提出基于负荷点聚类分区的单元制配电网协调规划方法。利用改进K-means聚类算法通过明确负荷点聚类分区数量、确定初始聚类中心、负荷点聚类分区、校验负荷点分区总负荷、获取新聚类中心、迭代计算、确定“源负荷点”七个步骤实现负荷点聚类分区,将所获取分区结果视为不同单元,建立单元制配电网协调规划的目标函数,并设置等式约束方程以及不等式约束方程作为约束条件,实现单元制配电网协调规划。实验结果表明,采用该方法协调规划某电压等级为10kV的单元制配电网年综合总成本仅为266.37万元,户均停电时间与户均停电频率分别为5.64h以及6.25次,具有较高的单元制配电网规划效果。Due to the excessive number of load points in distribution network,the difficulty of distribution network planning is increased.Therefore,a coordinated planning method of unit distribution network based on load point clustering and partition is proposed.The improved k-means clustering algorithm is used to realize the cluster partition of load points through seven steps:defining the number of load points clustering zones,determining the initial clustering center,clustering partition of load points,verifying the total load of load points,obtaining new clustering centers,iterative calculation and determining"source load points".The obtained partition results are regarded as different units,and the goal of coordinated planning of unit system distribution grid is established In order to realize the coordinated planning of unit system distribution network,equality constraint equation and inequality constraint equation are set as constraint conditions.The experimental results show that the total annual cost of coordinated planning for a 10KV unit distribution network is only 2.6637 million yuan,and the average household outage time and frequency are 5.64h and 6.25 times respectively,which has a higher planning effect of unit distribution network.
