新时代国家文化安全视域下的新疆研究生公共外语教育规划思考

摘　　要：进入新时代,立德树人和社会主义核心价值观成为我国外语教育教学的总目标。作为英语学科核心素养的重要内容之一,文化意识、文化品格及跨文化交际能力培养成为我国从基础外语教育到高等外语教育文化安全生态体系的核心内容。文章分析了我国研究生公共外语教育中存在文化安全风险与挑战,针对多元文化交融、多元文明互鉴的新疆外语教育文化生态特质,以社会主义核心价值观为引领,以“课程思政”建设为抓手,服务“一带一路”倡议,构建新疆从基础外语教育到高等外语教育的文化安全生态体系成为服务国家战略,维护国家文化安全、国家意识形态和主流价值观安全的时代课题。The core value of morality and socialism has become the general goal of foreign language education and teach⁃ing in China in the new era.English,as one of the foreign langauges in teaching,becomes the core content in cultivating college students’cultural consciousness and cultural character and inproving their intercultural communication ability.The paper analyzes the risks and challenges of cultural security in public foreign language education for graduate students in China.In view of the cultural ecological characteristics of foreign language education in Xinjiang,the paper takes the so⁃cialist core value as the guide to design the foreign language teaching in Xinjiang to serve the“Belt and Road”initiative and construct the cultural security ecological system of Xinjiang.
