摘  要:小花棘豆是天然草地主要毒害草种类,内生真菌合成的苦马豆素易造成家畜中毒,然而有关内生真菌侵染对非生物逆境下小花棘豆生理响应过程的研究鲜有报道。基于此,本研究以带菌和不带菌小花棘豆为研究对象,测定不同干旱胁迫条件下小花棘豆生理特性。结果表明:随着干旱胁迫程度增加,小花棘豆叶绿素、过氧化物酶、脯氨酸、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白不断增加,而过氧化氢酶、丙二醛和电导率却持续降低。同时,内生真菌侵染植株的叶绿素、过氧化物酶、脯氨酸、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量显著高于不带菌植株,而过氧化氢酶、丙二醛和电导率却显著低于不带菌植株。可见,内生真菌可显著提高小花棘豆对干旱逆境的耐受能力,进而从侧面支持内生真菌提高小花棘豆适应干旱生境方面的潜在作用。Oxytropis glabra was one of the important toxic weeds and largely distributed in grassland.Swainsonine,one type of metabolites synthesized by endophyte of O.glabra,is attributed to neuropathy disease for herbivores.However,effect of endophyte on physiological responses to drought stress is still unclear.Therefore,the role of endophyte infection on host physiological parameters of O.glabra seedlings were determined undergoing different drought stresses.Chlorophyll,peroxidase activity,proline,soluble sugar and soluble protein were increased with the drought stress intensified;in contrast,malondialdehyde,conductivity and catalase activity were decreased.Comparing with endophyte-free seedlings,endophyte infection has a positive effect to enhance chlorophyll,peroxidase activity,proline,soluble sugar and soluble protein of seedlings,however,malondialdehyde,conductivity and catalase activity of endophyte-infected seedlings were decreased under different drought stresses.Therefore,endophyte infection can enhance host tolerance to drought stress,the role of endophyte should be taken into account host ecological suitability in harsh environments in future research.
