摘 要:广佛江珠城际铁路劳劳溪水道主桥跨越通航水域,采用孔跨布置为(110+204+110)m的连续梁-钢桁组合结构。主梁采用变高度单箱双室预应力混凝土箱梁;中跨混凝土梁部设置加劲桁,与主梁采用外接式节点连接,节点板一半外露,采用高强度螺栓与腹杆连接,节点板另一半伸入主梁,采用PBL键与混凝土连接。采用有限元法建立全桥模型,确定加劲桁设置范围及桁高,研究加劲桁对结构刚度和内力的影响,并分析主桥静力、动力特性。结果表明:加劲桁高12 m,宽11 m,长168 m;连续梁-钢桁组合结构受力合理,通过设置加劲桁提高了桥梁竖向刚度、改善了梁端转角;该结构可有效降低结构建筑高度,满足机场限高要求,具有优良的动力性能和可靠的稳定性,各项设计计算值均满足规范和列车高速运行对桥梁设计的要求。The main bridge across Laolaoxi waterway on Guangzhou-Foshan-Jiangmen-Zhuhai Railway adopts the span arrangement of(110+204+110)m continuous girder-steel truss composite structure to cross the navigable water area.The main girder adopts variable height single-box double-chamber prestressed concrete box girder.The stiffening truss is set at the middle span concrete girder.The main stiffening truss and main girder are connected by external joints,the half of gusset plate is exposed and connected with the web member by high strength bolts.The other half of gusset plate extends into the main girder and is connected with concrete by PBL key.The finite element method was used to establish the whole bridge model,so as to determine the range and height of stiffening truss.The influence of stiffening truss on structural stiffness and internal force was studied,and the static and dynamic characteristics of the main bridge were analyzed in detail.The results show that the height,width and length of stiffening truss are 12 m,11 m and 168 m respectively.The stress of the continuous girder-steel truss composite structure is reasonable.The vertical stiffness of bridge and the angle of the girder end are improved by setting stiffening truss.The structure can effectively reduce the height of structure and meet the requirements of airport height limit.The dynamic performance and reliable stability of bridge are good.All the design and calculation values meet the requirements of the code and the bridge design requirements of the high speed train operation.
