摘 要:基于荷载-结构模型分析了不同围岩等级条件下整体衬砌内力特征,调整结构受力模式,从最大弯矩位置开始将衬砌结构分为7部分,分析了不同围岩等级及接头刚度条件下预制装配式衬砌结构的受力与变形特征。结果表明:与整体衬砌相比,各围岩等级下预制装配式衬砌的最大轴力和最大位移均不同程度增大,最大弯矩均不同程度减小,使隧道结构更加稳定;随着衬砌接头刚度逐渐增大,衬砌结构最大轴力和最大位移逐渐减小,最大弯矩先减小后增大;相对于整体衬砌,接头刚度小于45 MN·m/rad时预制装配式衬砌边墙、拱脚和仰拱安全系数略有下降,拱顶和拱肩安全系数大幅增加,因此接头刚度不宜大于45 MN·m/rad。Based on the load structure model,the internal force characteristics of the integral lining under different surrounding rock grades were analyzed,and structural stress mode was adjusted.The lining structure was divided into seven parts from the maximum moment position.The stress and deformation characteristics of prefabricated and assembled lining structure under different surrounding rock grades and joint stiffness were analyzed.The results show that compared with the integral lining,the maximum axial force and maximum displacement of prefabricated and assembled lining increase in different degrees under different surrounding rock grades,and the maximum bending moment decreases in different degrees,which makes the tunnel structure more stable.With the increase of lining joint stiffness,the maximum axial force and maximum displacement of lining structure decrease gradually,and the maximum bending moment decreases first and then increases.Compared with the integral lining,when the joint stiffness is less than 45 MN·m/rad,the safety factor of side wall,arch foot and arch bottom of prefabricated and assembled lining decreases slightly,and the safety factor of vault and spandrel increases greatly,so the joint stiffness should not be greater than 45 MN·m/rad.
