摘　　要：在国内外相关研究的基础上,采用层次分析法构建一套新型智库建设质量的评价体系,包含管理质量、成果质量、人才质量、发展质量4个一级指标,以及13个二级指标。随后,结合模糊综合评价法,对江苏省新型智库建设的质量进行评价,针对评价中存在的不足,从智库协调管理、成果转化、人才管理和交流合作四个方面提出相应的对策建议。On the basis of relevant researches at home and abroad,this paper constructs a set of evaluation system of new think tank construction quality by AHP,including four primary indexes of management quality,achievement quality,talent quality and development quality,and 13 secondary indexes.Then,this paper evaluates the quality of the new think tank construction in Jiangsu province with Fuzzy method.Aiming at the deficiencies in the evaluation,we put forward suggestions from four aspects of think tank coordination management,achievement transformation,talent management,exchange and cooperation.
