摘 要:集油管路不加热集输工艺是油田开发后期节能降耗的有效手段,如果运行参数设置不当,会导致管内流体流动性恶化并产生粘壁问题,威胁石油生产安全。重点阐述了原油主要组分、复杂流动条件对油固黏附行为的影响机理,分析了原油中蜡晶、沥青质、酸性化合物与粘壁行为之间的关系,梳理了不加热集输边界条件所包含的粘壁温度、粘壁速率两个评价指标的研究方法。在宏观研究的基础上,总结了油-固界面相互作用微观研究手段,从力学行为角度对粘壁机理进行阐述。最后,提出了今后对原油粘壁行为的研究建议。The unheated gathering and transportation technology of oil pipeline is an effective method of energy saving and consumption reduction in the later stage of oilfield development.However,improper setting of operation parameters can result in deterioration of fluid flow in the pipe and wall sticking,which seriously threatens the safety of oil production.In this work,the influence mechanism of the composition of crude oil and the complicated flow conditions on oil-solid sticking behavior was elaborated emphatically,the relationship between the wax crystal,asphaltene and acidic compound and the wall sticking behavior of crude oil was analyzed,and the two evaluation indexes(wall sticking temperature and wall sticking rate)and the research method of boundary condition in unheated gathering and transportation technology were sorted out.Based on the macroscopic research,the existing microscopic research methods of oil-solid interface interaction were summarized,and the wall sticking mechanism was described in terms of mechanical behavior.Finally,the suggestions for further deep research on wall sticking behavior were addressed.
