摘　　要：目的检索和评价腰麻术后体位管理的相关证据,并对证据进行整合,获得最佳体位管理策略,为临床应用提供参考及依据。方法系统检索Medline;PubMed;Cochrane Library;美国国立指南库(National Guideline Clearinghouse,NGC);英国国家临床优化研究所(National Institute for Health Care and Excellence,NICE);苏格兰学院间指南网络(Scottish Intercollegiate Guideline Network,SIGN);中国知网全文数据库(CNKI);维普期刊数据库;万方数据库;医脉通中关于腰麻术后体位管理的相关证据,包括指南、最佳实践信息册、推荐实践、证据总结、系统评价以及随机对照研究。检索时限为建库至2020年6月。结果共纳入文献14篇,其中指南2篇,共识1篇,Meta分析/系统评价3篇,随机对照研究8篇,共获得15条证据。结论本研究总结了目前关于腰麻术后体位管理的最佳证据,为临床护士对腰麻术后患者体位护理提供循证依据,利用科学的方法护理腰麻术后患者,从而提高患者舒适度,降低并发症发生率,提高护理精准度及护理质量。Objective To search and evaluate the evidence of postural management after lumbar anesthesia,and to get the best postural management strategy,and provide reference and basis for clinical application.Methods We conducted research in Medline,PubMed,Cochrane Library,National Library of National Guideline Clearinghouse,National Institute of Clinical Optimization(National Institute for Health Care and Excellence,)Scotland Inter-Institutional Guide Network,SIGN,CNKI,VIP,Wanfang Database,and Medlive from the inception to June 2020 for relevant evidence of postural management after lumbar anesthesia,including guidelines,best practice information book,recommended practice,evidence summary,systematic evaluation,and randomized controlled studies.Results Fourteen articles were included with 2 guidelines,1 consensus,3 meta analysis/systematic evaluations and 8 randomized controlled studies and a total of 15 pieces of evidence were obtained.Conclusion This study summarizes the best evidence of postural management after lumbar anesthesia and provides evidence-based basis for clinical nurses in postural nursing of patients after lumbar anesthesia.Scientific methods provide comfort and reduce the incidence of complications for patients after lumbar anesthesia consequently improve nursing accuracy and nursing quality.
