摘　　要：目的检索并总结急性胰腺炎患者早期肠内营养的最佳证据,为临床护理工作提供理论参考。方法根据循证护理的方法确定问题,遵循JBI循证护理中心的临床证据实践应用系统(JBI-PACES)的标准程序,通过计算机检索英国国家卫生与临床优化研究所(National Institute for Health and Care Excellence,NICE)、美国卫生健康研究与质量管理署(Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality,AHRQ)、医脉通、Joana Briggs Institute循证卫生保健国际合作中心数据库、UpToDate、BMJ-Best Practice、Cochrane图书馆、Trip数据库、PubMed、CINAHL、EMbase、万方数据库、中国知网、维普数据库、中国生物医学(China Biology Medicine disc,CBM)、国际胰腺学会(International Association of Pancreatology,IAP)、美国胰腺学会(American Pancreatic Association,APA)关于急性胰腺炎早期肠内营养的所有证据,包括临床实践指南、临床决策、最佳临床实践、证据汇总及系统评价。结果共纳入14篇文献,包括临床指南7篇、系统评价5篇、证据总结2篇,最后从3个方面总结了12条最佳证据。结论临床科室在应用证据时,应结合具体的临床判断及患者的需求、偏好等有指向性地选择证据,并及时更新相关证据。Objective To search and summarize the best evidence of early enteral nutrition in patients with acute pancreatitis and provide theoretical reference for clinical nursing.Methods The problem was determined according to the evidence-based nursing method,and the standard procedures of the Joanna Briggs Institute Practical Application of Clinical Evidence System(JBI PACES)was followed.All evidence of early enteral nutrition of acute pancreatitis in the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence(NICE),Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality(AHRQ),Medlive,Joanna Briggs Institute Database,UpToDate,BMJ-Best Practice,Cochrane Library,Trip Database,PubMed,CINAHL,EMbase,Wanfang Database,China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),VIP,China Biology Medicine disc(CBM),International Association of Pancreatology(IAP),and American Pancreatic Association(APA)was searched by computer,including clinical practice guidelines,clinical decisions,best clinical practice,evidence summary and systematic review.Results A total of 14 articles were included,with 7 clinical practice guidelines,5 systematic reviews and 2 evidence summaries.Finally,12 pieces of best evidence were summarized into 3 themes.Conclusion Specific clinical judgment and patients’needs and preferences should be taken into consideration when applying evidence,which needs to be updated timely.
