摘　　要：以二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI-50)、聚氧化丙烯二醇(N220)、1,2-丙二醇(PG)和γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(KH-550)为原料,合成了系列单组分湿固化聚氨酯胶黏剂,并研究了KH-550的用量对胶黏剂性能的影响。结果表明,KH-550的加入可以缩短胶黏剂的固化时间,提高胶黏剂的粘接强度;当KH-550的加入量为预聚物质量的2%时,胶黏剂的黏度适中,固化时间较快,用于PVC皮革条与水曲柳板的粘接时,剥离强度可达PVC破坏的程度。A series of one component moisture curable polyurethane adhesives were synthesized by using MDI-50,N220,PG and KH-550.The effect of the amount of KH-550 on the properties of the adhesive was studied.The results showed that the addition of KH-550 could shorten the curing time and improve the adhesive strength.When the addition of KH-550 was 2%of the mass of prepolymer,the viscosity of adhesive was moderate and the curing time was fast.When it was used for bonding of PVC leather strip and Fraxinus mandshurica,the peel strength could reached the degree of PVC damage.
