摘  要:为提升可膨胀石墨(EG)改性聚氨酯硬泡的力学性能,利用玻璃纤维(GF)与空心玻璃微珠(HGM)对聚氨酯硬泡进行改性。结果表明,添加GF后的EG改性聚氨酯硬泡的压缩强度和剪切强度先增加后下降;而HGM与GF复配使用后,能进一步增强EG改性聚氨酯硬泡的力学性能;在聚醚多元醇用量90 g、EG用量10 g、多异氰酸酯PM-400用量100 g的配方中,当GF与HGM添加量分别为10 g和5 g时,所制备的EG改性聚氨酯硬泡的力学性能最佳。In order to improve the mechanical properties of rigid polyurethane foam modified by expandable graphite(EG),glass fiber(GF)and hollow glass bead(HGM)were used to modify rigid polyurethane foam.The results showed that the compressive strength and shear strength of EG modified rigid polyurethane foam increased first and then decreased with the increase of GF content.While HGM and GF were used together,the mechanical properties of EG modified rigid polyurethane foam could be further enhanced.When 10 g GF and 5 g HGM were added together into the formula of 90 g polyether polyol,10 g EG and 100 g polyisocyanate PM-400,the mechanical properties of EG modified rigid polyurethane foam were the best.
