摘  要:采用松香与聚丙二醇缩水甘油醚反应得到松香改性聚醚二醇(RPG),再与六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、1,4-丁二醇(BDO)和三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)反应制备了水性松香基聚氨酯分散体(RWPUD),RWPUD与亲水改性多异氰酸酯固化剂XP 2655组成水性双组分松香基聚氨酯(2k-RWPU)涂料。讨论了制备RWPUD时R值、扩链反应时间和DMPA用量对RWPUD的影响,并研究了固化时的异氰酸酯指数及软段含量对漆膜性能的影响。结果表明:当R值为1.2、软段质量分数为70%、DMPA质量分数为7%、扩链反应时间为3 h时,制备的RWPUD以异氰酸酯指数为1.4配成的2k-RWPU涂料,其漆膜摆杆硬度达到0.63,60°光泽145.7,附着力1级,柔韧性1 mm,冲击强度正反均为50 kg/cm,耐水性通过48 h。A rosin-based waterborne polyurethane dispersion(RWPUD)was prepared with rosin-modified polyether diol(RPG)which obtained by reacting rosin with polypropylene glycol glycidyl ether,hexamethylene isobutyrate(HDI),dimethylolpropionic acid(DMPA),1,4-butandiol(BDO)and trimethylol propane(TMP).Two-component rosin-containing waterborne polyurethane coating(2k-RWPU)was prepared by the RWPUD and hydrophilic modified polyisocyanates curing agent XP 2655.The effects of R value,chain extension reaction time and DMPA content on RWPUD,and the effects of isocyanate index and soft segment content on the properties of the coating were studied.The results showed that the RWPUD was prepared when R value was 1.2,soft segment content was 70%,DMPA was 7%and chain extension reaction time was 3 h.Then the two-component(2k-RWPU)coating was formed with RWPUD by isocyanate index 1.4,its pendulum hardness reached 0.63,60°gloss was 145.7,adhesive force was first class,flexibility was 1 mm,impact strength was 50 kg/cm,and water resistance was 48 h.
