摘  要:比较了基于HCFC-141b、全水和HFC-245fa 3种发泡体系的海洋保温管道用硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料的性能和泡孔特点。结果表明,HFC-245fa发泡体系聚氨酯泡沫整体性能较好,是HCFC-141b发泡剂的最佳替代方案,并且聚氨酯硬泡喷涂发泡工艺可以应用于海洋边际油田保温管道。The properties and foam-cell characteristics of rigid polyurethane foams for the offshore oilfield insulation pipes were compared,which based on three blowing agents of HCFC-141b,all-water and HFC-245fa.The results showed that the overall performance of foaming process of HFC-245fa was better,and HFC-245fa was the best substitute of the HCFC-141b as blowing agent,and the spray foaming process of rigid polyurethane foams could be applied in insulation pipes for offshore marginal oilfield.
