摘  要:通过介绍动车组坐垫垫材舒适性和阻燃性的研究现状,提出了优化建议。分析了动车组用高回弹聚氨酯泡沫塑料坐垫服役周期内的状态特点,对坐垫垫材的服役性能进行了综合评价,根据塌陷和变形问题制定了优化方案,并进行试验验证;对动车组的坐垫垫材的研究现状进行了分析,提出了垫材管控疲劳性能指标和降低材料自身阻燃要求的建议。The current research status of comfortability and fire-retardancy for seat cushion used in the electric multiple units were introduced and the optimization proposal was offered.The state characteristics of the high resilience polyurethane foam for electric multiple units(EMU)seat cushion during the service life were analyzed,the service performance of the seat cushion material was comprehensively evaluated,an optimization scheme was formulated and verified based on the problems of collapse and deformation.Then,the research status of seat cushion materials for the EMU was analyzed,and suggestions for controlling fatigue performance indicators and reducing the fire resistance requirements of the materials themselves were made.
