摘　　要：聚氨酯弹性胶是轨道交通车辆材料粘接的主要胶黏剂之一。通过对胶膜的袋式法测试载荷比(片状样品单面散发面积与袋内气体体积之比)与总挥发性有机化合物(TVOC)散发量的相关性分析,实现了密闭条件下3款固化后聚氨酯弹性胶黏剂TVOC的固有散发速率测定,同时应用不同载荷比的试验对该测定结果进行独立性验证,预测结果与实际测试结果匹配性良好。此方法的建立为胶黏剂产品环保性能的评价提供了重要的依据。Polyurethane elastic adhesive was one of the main adhesives for the materials bonding in railway vehicle.This study accomplished the inherent emission rate measurement of three kinds of cured polyurethane elastic adhesives under closed conditions,through the correlation analysis of loading ratio(ratio of the film area and gas volume inside the bag)and TVOC emission amount by using bag method.The independence of the test results were verified by different loading ratio experiments.The predicted results had a good matching degree with the actual test results.Research and establishment of this method provided an important basis for the evaluation of the environmental performance of adhesive products.
