摘  要:海洋油田某FPSO在生产过程中产生污油水,污油水占用大量舱容,影响正常生产活动。本文对高效絮凝剂作用原理进行分析,通过试验对舱内已存污油水进行优化处理,并验证了絮凝剂加注浓度与生产水质、污水返流程处理量以及乳化油下舱量之间的关系,为现场污油水问题提供解决思路。A FPSO in an offshore oil field produces waste oil and water in the production process,which takes up a large amount of tank capacity and affects normal production activities.This paper analyzes the principle of high efficiency flocculant,optimizes the treatment of the waste water and oil in the tank through the test,and verifies the relationship between the flocculant concentration,the production water quality,the sewage return process treatment capacity and the amount of emulsified oil under the tank,so as to provide a solution to the problem of waste water and oil on site.
