摘  要:目的:建立测定3-硝基苄叉基乙酰乙酸乙酯中的有关物质的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)检测3-硝基苄叉基乙酰乙酸乙酯中的有关物质,采用C18色谱柱,以乙腈-四氢呋喃-水(20∶24∶56)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL·min^-1,检测波长为271 nm,柱温为30℃。结果:专属性、线性回归、精密度、准确度等均良好。结论:该方法简单、精确、可靠,可用于3-硝基苄叉基乙酰乙酸乙酯的质量控制。Objective To establish a method for determination of related substances in m-nitrobenzylideneacetoacetate.Methods The related substances in m-nitrobenzylideneacetoacetate were determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).A HPLC method was used with C18 column.The mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile-tetrahydrofuran-water(20∶24∶56).Detection was carried out at wavelength of 271 nm,flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1 and temperature of 30℃.Results The specificity test,linear relationship,precision test and accuracy were good.Conclusion This method is easy to operate,accurate,reliable,so the method can be used to control the quality of m-nitrobenzylideneacetoacetate.
