摘 要:该系统即CLOHP/CV的传热特性取决于止回阀比Rv,长径比Le/di和传热无因次参数。CLOHP/CV使用的是内径为1.77 mm和2.03 mm的铜管。蒸发器、绝热器和冷凝器的长度分别为50、100、150 mm选择的工作液为水(H2O)、乙醇(CH,OH)和R123(CHCl,CF3),填充比为总体积的50%。回合数是40次。Rcv分别为20、8、5、4。蒸发器由热水加热,冷凝器部分由蒸馏水冷却。实验中使用的CLOHP/CV的倾斜度为水平90°,工作温度控制在50℃。当系统达到稳态时,通过测量冷却水的温度和流量来计算CLOHP/CV的换热率。实验结果表明,热流随Rv的增大而增大,随长径比的增大而减小。建立了热管在垂直位置的传热速率预测关系式。The heat transfer characteristics of the system,CLOHPCV,depend on check valve ratio R,aspect ratio Le/DI and heat transfer dimensionless parameters.CLOHPCV uses copper tubes with internal diameters of 1.77 mm and 2.03 mm.The length of evaporator,adiabator and condenser is 50,100,150 mm respectively.The working liquid selected is water(H2O),ethanol(CH,OH)and R123(CHCl,CF3),the filling ratio is 50%of the total volume and the number of turns is 40;Rcv is 20,8,5 and 4 respectively,the evaporator is heated by hot water and the condenser part is cooled by distilled water.The inclination of the CLOHPCV used in the experiment was 90 degrees horizontal and the operating temperature was controlled at 50℃.When the system reaches steadystate,the heat transfer rate of CLOHP/CV is calculated by measuring the temperature and flow of the cooling water.The experimental results show that the heat flux increases with the increase of Ry and decreases with the increase of lengthdiameter ratio.The relationship for predicting heat transfer rate of heat pipe in vertical position is established.
