摘　　要：过敏性紫癜性肾炎(HSPN)是坏死性小血管炎累及肾脏的一种疾病,目前病因尚不明确。HSPN有一定自限性,但肾脏受累程度常影响预后。目前HSPN的治疗方法并不统一,主要以抗炎、免疫调节、减少尿蛋白、抗血小板、抗凝以及血液净化等治疗为主,治疗方案的制订取决于患者具体的病理分型和临床表现。近年来,随着新型免疫抑制剂的问世,取得进展的治疗方法主要包括激素联合环磷酰胺、激素联合霉酚酸酯以及激素联合环孢素A等,而难治性HSPN患儿则适合多种药物联合疗法。Henoch-sch nlein purpura nephritis(HSPN)is a kind of small necrotizing vasculitis disease involving the kidney,with unclear etiology.HSPN is self-limiting to a certain degree,but the renal involvement level often affects the prognosis.At present the treatment methods are not unified,mainly including anti-inflammation,immunity regulation,reducing urinary protein,antiplatelet,anticoagulation,and blood purification.The treatment plan selection depends on the specific pathology classification and clinical manifestation of the patients.In recent years with the advent of new immunosuppressants,the treatment methods that have made progress mainly include hormone combined with cyclophosphamide,hormone combined with mycophenolate mofetil and hormone combined with cyclosporine A,while refractory HSPN children are suita-ble for combined therapy of multiple drugs.
