摘　　要：本文分析辐射管式连续炉热处理钢板产生辊印的原因,并在抛丸、烧穿辐射管排查和防止水入炉等方面采取针对性的措施。防止辐射管式热处理炉的辊面结瘤问题,有效地控制了钢板辊印。This paper analyzes the causes of rolling-marks on heat-treated steel plate in radiant tube con-tinuous furnace,and the corresponding measures are taken in the aspects of shot blasting,trouble shooting burn through radiant tube and preventing water from entering into the furnace.The rolling-marks are efficiently controlled by preventing the roller surface from clogging in the radiant tube heat treatment furnace.
