摘　　要：采用宏观检查、扫描电镜微观分析方法,对镍钛合金产品在生产过程中发生断裂进行了分析。结果表明:定型模具挤压应力未及时消除是导致产品出现微裂纹,且引起脆性断裂的原因。The fracture of NiTi alloy products during the production process is analyzed by macroscopic ex-amination and SEM analysis.It is determined that the cause of microcracks and brittle fracture of products is that the extrusion stress of setting mould is not eliminated in time.
