摘 要:旨在为植物抗寒剂的研发及应用提供科学依据。笔者首先简要介绍了植物抗寒剂的定义、特点,并通过概括植物细胞内游离脯氨酸、可溶性糖含量以及保护酶活性等生理指标对植物抗寒性的影响,分析了植物抗寒剂的作用机理。其次依据时间顺序总结了国内外植物抗寒机理的研究进展及抗寒剂的研发历程,详细阐述了植物抗寒剂的国内外研究现状。最后简要分析了目前植物抗寒剂研发存在的问题以及未来的发展趋势,对今后抗寒剂研究的方向和思路做出了比较可靠的趋向预测。The aim is to provide a scientific basis for the development and application of plant cold-resistant agents. Firstly, the definition and features of plant cold-resistant agents were briefly introduced, and their mechanism was analyzed by summarizing the effects of the physiological indexes, such as free-proline, soluble sugar concentration and protective enzyme activity in plant cells, on cold resistance. Then the research progress of cold-resistance mechanism of plant in domestic and abroad, and the research and development process of plant cold-resistant agents were summarized chronologically, and the research status of plant coldresistant agents was described in detail. At last, the existing problems and the future development trend of the research and development of plant cold-resistant agents were briefly analyzed, and some predictions were made on the direction of future research.
